Terms and conditions for renting electric bicycles
These General Terms and Conditions for the rental of Electric Bikes include the Bike & Com Organizer and Service Ltd. (Bike & Com Ltd.), which owns the bike4fun brand.
Service provider (lessor) is Bike & Com Kft., The renter is the tenant.

3. General Rental Rules
Rental Period: April 1 to October 31 of each year. Renting after this period requires special consultation.
The service provider’s bicycles can be rented for tours organized by them or for private purposes. For bike4fun tours, you can only rent a standard bicycle free of charge, and you can rent electric bikes on these trips at discounted rates.
Depending on the available capacity, the service provider’s electric bicycles can be rented for private use.
Minimum rental period is 2 full days.
Bike & Com Ltd. reserves the right to change, suspend or periodically suspend the rental period.
4. Equipment and cleaning
Bicycles shall be handed over to the lessee by the lessor in a clean condition. At the end of the rental period, the renter is obliged to return the bicycle in a clean and functional condition.
Bicycle safety equipment includes front and rear lights, a bell, a prism and a reflective rubber tire.
When renting a bicycle, the renter receives the bicycle, a battery key and a battery charger. The bike always comes with a padlock. It is also possible to rent a helmet.
The (other) equipment required by the Highway Code for participation in the traffic must be provided by the tenant (eg helmet, visibility vest). Any penalty for this is due to the tenant.
5. The process of renting, rules of renting
To rent, the tenant must fill out the form on the Rentals tab. This form is required. The form contains required items. Fillers are responsible for any form errors or costs. The information provided on the form will be lawfully and securely handled in accordance with our privacy policies.
After completing the form, the Service Provider’s representative will contact the tenant, clarify the details, and as agreed verbally, rental will be possible.
Bicycles can be picked up in Diósd at an agreed time. Depending on availability, we also undertake bicycle delivery. In the area of Budapest 2000 Ft, in the countryside 100km / 5000 Ft
Bicycle rental is only possible for people over 18 years old.
Rental conditions: Presentation of 2 types of valid documents (identity card and / or driving license and / or residence card and / or passport),
Photocopying or photographing documents,
Payment of rent and deposit,
Filling in and signing the lease agreement.
The renter and the landlord are required to inspect the bicycle at the start of the rental so that any damage to the bicycle can be recorded in the contract (a photo is taken).
6. Rental fee, deposit, late fee

Rental fee for a 7 day bike4fun tour: 40.000 Ft
Rental fee for a 4 day bike4fun tour:: 25.000 Ft
b. Private rentals:
- 2 days: 5.000 Ft
- 3 days: 7.000 Ft
- 4 days: 9.000 Ft
- 5 days: 12.000 Ft
- 6 days: 14.000 Ft
- 7 days: 16.000 Ft
- 8 days: 19.000 Ft
- 9 days: 22.000 Ft
- 10 days: 24.000 Ft

d. Rate of Deposit:
For 2 – 4 days rentals: 15,000 Ft
4-10 days rental: 30,000 Ft
e. In case of rental, the bicycle can be taken and brought back on the day of the rental, from 8 to 20 hours. If you would like to take your bike on the day before the rental period and / or return it on the day after the rental period has expired, you will be charged a special additional fee (3000 Ft).
f. There is a surcharge for late returns beyond the agreed time before the rental commences. In this case, the surcharge is always a new day started (its difference from the original rental fee).
g. The deposit will be refunded when the bicycle is returned, provided the bicycle is undamaged. The deposit must be paid in cash in each case.
7. Obligations of tenants: using a bicycle
The landlord will inform the tenant about the professional and gentle use of the bicycle. The Renter undertakes to use the rented bicycle accordingly, in a gentle and professional manner.
The Renter declares that he / she is aware of the driving characteristics (acceleration, degree of electric motor assistance), usage (adjustment of assistance, importance of shifting, charging of the battery, etc.) and possibilities of this electric bicycle.
The Renter undertakes to exercise the utmost care to ensure the safety of the rented bicycle. Always store your bicycle carefully when you are not using it, lock it in, and make every effort to prevent theft.
The renter carries the bicycle with the utmost care and acknowledges the obligations of the electric bicycle during transportation (use of an appropriate bicycle carrier).
The Renter acknowledges that he / she is obliged to use the bicycle in accordance with the traffic regulations of the respective country.
The Renter agrees and declares that he / she is capable of cycling on his / her own responsibility both health and physically and mentally, and is able to use the electric bicycle borrowed from Bike & Com Kft.
The Renter agrees and declares that in the event of any injury sustained while using the rented bicycle, the financial burden of care and healing shall be borne independently.
The Lessee agrees and declares that during the rental period he / she will take care of himself / herself (health, property and liability).
8. Damage, loss, damage, incomplete return
The Renter acknowledges that the bicycles are not insured.
The Lessee acknowledges that any damage to the bicycle will only be charged to Bike & Com Ltd. if the Lessee notifies the Service Provider of the visible damage before commencing use and will include it in the contract.
The Lessee undertakes to return the bicycles to the representative of Bike & Com Ltd. in the same condition as received after the end of the rental period.
The Renter acknowledges that in the event of damage to the bicycle or the failure of any of its components, the Renter shall be liable for the damage caused or the price of the missing, malfunctioning component. The lessor shall determine the extent of the damage in consultation with the dealer.
If the bicycle is damaged to such an extent that it cannot be repaired or the bicycle is lost, the renter will not receive the deposit and will be obliged to reimburse the full price of the bicycle. The Lessor shall also indemnify the Lessee for any other damages exceeding this.
The Lessee acknowledges that he is fully liable for any damage to the bicycle or to anyone else on the bicycle.
9. Termination of Lease
Upon termination of the legal relationship, the Renter is obliged to return the bicycle in its normal condition, together with its parts and other rented equipment.
Termination of the lease shall be recorded in writing by the parties.
