The tour is led by the tour leader, who is responsible for keeping the group together, solving any problems that may arise, getting to the sights along the way, resting, and returning home successfully for the day. Two guides can go with a group, depending on the size of the group (for groups of 14 or more, there will be two guides, one to lead the group and one to accompany the group at the back).
The tour leader(s) are assisted by the tour coordinator, who takes care of all the arrangements at the accommodation, at the destination or en route (booking, carrying things, taking care of business, driving the car to the destination, etc.).
