This privacy statement provides for the processing of personal data necessary for the use of the website available at the URL http://www.bike4fun.hu/ (hereinafter referred to as the Service) “behind” the B2Sky Travel Agency (Travel Agency License Number: U-001881 – hereinafter referred to as the Operator) as a tour operator, as well as for the use of the reservation system operating within the framework of the Service, for pre-booking, ordering, and for registering for the newsletter.
The Operator collects and processes only those personal data that the website user (applicant, customer) expressly and voluntarily provides. The Operator considers it particularly important to respect the informational self-determination of its customers, as a service provider and data controller committed to the protection of the personal data of its partners and users. The Operator treats the personal data it has in its possession confidentially and takes all security, technical and organizational measures that guarantee the security of the data.
The Operator is not responsible for the disclosure of data due to a possible hardware or software error and for any damages that arise in connection with the registration pages, from their inoperability, improper use, or from a computer virus, line or system error, data transmission delay, or from unauthorized changes to the data and information found on the registration pages by anyone.

- Act XLVIII of 2008 on the basic conditions and certain restrictions of economic advertising activities (hereinafter: Grtv.).
- Act VI of 1998 on the promulgation of the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data, signed in Strasbourg on 28 January 1981 (hereinafter referred to as the Convention).

The Operator uses the e-mail addresses of applicants and subscribers only and exclusively for its own business use (invoicing, application, personal inquiries regarding orders, sending out newsletters, etc.) and does not pass them on to third parties under any circumstances. The Operator does everything possible to ensure that the addresses stored in the system are secure and that third parties cannot access or misuse them.
Processing and storage of personal data
The Operator stores the personal data provided by the user during the application and order process exclusively in its own system and uses it for the purposes described above. Registration on the website is not required. The Operator ensures the security of the personal data provided and does everything possible to prevent and detect their alteration, unauthorized access, disclosure, deletion, damage and destruction. We assure the user that their data will not be used for any other purpose, unless they have given their express consent to use it for another purpose.

It is possible to subscribe to the newsletter on the Operator’s website, social media and booking system. The Operator sends a newsletter to subscribers to the Operator’s newsletter and to applicants and customers (who provide their email address during the application and/or ordering process). The Operator sends a confirmation email to the subscriber’s email address after each subscription. The subscriber confirms that he or she really wants to receive the newsletter by clicking on the unique link in the email.
Newsletter unsubscribe, resubscribe
The newsletter sent to subscribers contains a unique unsubscribe link. If the subscriber no longer wishes to receive the newsletter, he can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the unique link. In case of a technical problem, he can also request the removal of his address directly by email.
Cookies
The Operator places small text fragments (cookies) on the users’ computers during certain procedures to facilitate the users’ future use of the website. Legal remedies
