On this magical tour of Hungary we will ride the Hungarian route of the Giro d’Italia and cycle through the most beautiful Hungarian landscapes! Most part of this tour, like the Giro, goes through the most beautiful parts of Transdanubia. The five-day concentrated cycling experience was organized to see the Giro d’Italia races during the rides! In five days we ride nearly 600km on beautiful roads.
The tour leads through the most beautiful parts of Hungary and Transdanubia. In Transdanubia, the terrain is usually hilly but not mountanious. We will be between 100-500 meters-
Sometimes we leave and arrive to the accomodations, but there will also be days when we go to and from the place by minibus (this will usually be Zsámbék and Biatorbágy).
The tour includes not only the rout of Giro d’Italia day 1-3., but also several famous cycling routes in Hungary such as the V4 race, the Tour de Hongrie and the Tour de Zalakaros. There will also be refreshing point during cycling.
As the total and daily distance is quite significant we recommend this tour specifically for those who want to try themselves on a longer trip with a series of loads. You can apply with confidence because the pace is not competitive (but not spectacular). The daily average is 120km and 1000m level.

The Balaton Uplands are one of the most beautiful regions in Hungary, the “Hungarian Tuscany”! The background is provided by the waters of Lake Balaton and the the hills of the Balaton Uplands. Much of the bike tour passes through the hilly landscape of the Highlands. The landscape is hilly and there are more serious slopes. We leave Balatonfüred for a classic tour of the Balaton Uplands, we see Tihany, the small villages of the Highlands, the beautiful hilly surroundings.
