How can I apply?

The application process is relatively simple.

1. Find the tour, find time in your calendar! Use the tour calendar! We describe the price and date on the tour page.
2. If you have chosen the tour, you must register on the page of the tour by filling out the application form. It is located at the top of the right bar on a PC or desktop machine. If you do not see the application form, the tour has either not been announced yet or there is no spot. On mobile the application form is located somewhere else, rather in the middle of the page, due to the responsive design.
   By filling out the application form, you will be taken to an order page, where you enter some data and then approve your application.
3. If you done this, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address, which you can also see in the browser. We will also receive a confirmation email, so we know that you have registered. If the confirmation email has not arrived within half an hour, let us know! (Possibly check the spam directory!)
4. You don’t have to pay when applying! You only have to pay the specified amount of advance on the side of the road, if you receive the advance request from us, which will contain the data. You can pay the advance by bank transfer. Call us for personal, cash payment. After paying the advance, you will receive an advance invoice from us!
5. Please note that the regisztration does not mean that you are in the traveling group! You must pay the advance after receiving the advance request. Only then will we know for sure to come.
6. After paying the advance payment and receiving the advance invoice, we will also send you a contract, which you can either download from the website (and bring it in or sign it and send it back, we will also sign it and send it to you) or you can sign it in person at the office.
7. After this you only have to pay the remaining participation fee (if you paid an advance) when we say (usually 6 weeks before departure), and the tour can start!
